What's Refundable

The following are eligible for refunds:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of payment
  • Annual subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of payment
  • Plan upgrades: Refund of the upgrade charge within 14 days

What's Not Refundable

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Setup fees: One-time setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable after services have been delivered
  • After 14 days: Refunds cannot be issued more than 14 days after payment
  • Partial months: If you cancel mid-month after the 14-day period, no prorated refunds are provided
  • Add-on services: Custom development, consulting, or training services are non-refundable once delivered
  • Third-party services: Payment processing fees, SMS charges, or other third-party costs

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period:

  2. Include details: Provide your account email and the reason you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
  3. We'll process: We'll process your refund within 2-3 business days
  4. Receive refund: The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You'll continue to have access until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds for the remaining days in your billing cycle (unless within the 14-day guarantee period)
  • You can re-subscribe at any time in the future
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation

Refund Processing Time

Once we approve your refund request:

  • Processing: We process refunds within 2-3 business days
  • Bank processing: Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to credit your account
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Account Suspension Due to Non-Payment

If your payment fails or your account is suspended for non-payment:

  • Your account will be suspended immediately

  • After 90 days of non-payment, your data will be permanently deleted

  • Excessive data extraction before requesting a refund
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or payment disputes

Disputes and Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank:

  • We're happy to resolve any billing issues directly
  • Chargebacks result in additional fees and complications
  • If a chargeback is filed, we may be required to suspend your account
  • We will provide all transaction records to the bank if a dispute is filed
