Your data, plainly

The questions you should ask every software vendor — answered in plain English, no legalese. The legally complete versions live in the privacy policy and terms; nothing here says more than they do.

Where does my data actually live?

On AWS servers in the United States. Your inventory never sits on someone's laptop or an office machine — it's in a managed data center, available from any device you sign in on.

Is it encrypted?

Yes, both directions: SSL/TLS while it moves between your device and our servers, and industry-standard encryption while it sits at rest.

What if something goes wrong — are there backups?

Daily automated backups. A mistaken bulk edit or a bad import is recoverable — contact support and we restore from the most recent backup.

Can I get my data out?

Anytime, in machine-readable format (CSV), without asking permission. Your batch history, products, and suppliers are yours — lack of an export path is a lock-in signal, and we wrote that in our own buyers guide.

What happens when I cancel?

If your trial ends without a subscription, the account is paused, not deleted — your data stays safe and you can reactivate anytime. If you terminate your account, we keep your data for 90 days so you can recover or export it, then it is permanently deleted.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the product (payment processing, hosting, analytics) — the full list of circumstances is in the privacy policy.
